Lost Lake was a documentary project created by Jason Brewer while at Screaming Flea Productions and commissioned by Discovery Channel. The film follows a group of cousins who believe they are descendants of the infamous pirate Jean Laffite. Armed with family documents and lore, they set out on a modern-day quest in search of lost treasure. Blending history, adventure, and family intrigue, Lost Lake delivered the kind of high-stakes storytelling that captures both imagination and curiosity.
